Spotlight on Integration: EyeOTmonitor + ADRM DEFENDER
One of the biggest highlights of the week was our live demo of the EyeOTmonitor and ADRM DEFENDER integration. Together, the two platforms help security operations teams move from reactive to proactive.
When combined, operators can immediately see which cameras, radios, or IoT devices are causing issues and take action directly within DEFENDER. This partnership connects system visibility with operational response, giving SOC and NOC teams a unified workflow that is faster, smarter, and fully documented.
Visitors were especially interested in seeing how our Alerts & Events Engine feed DEFENDER’s incident dashboards, turning data into action within seconds.
New AI Feature Launches
We also introduced several major updates to the platform at GSX:
ImageAssure – AI-driven image analytics that detects camera issues such as blurriness, obstruction, or poor lighting before they cause downtime.
Auto-Discovery – Automated device scanning and classification powered by AI, helping integrators set up large networks in minutes.
Each feature reinforces our goal of helping integrators and operators identify problems before they become outages.
A Booth Favorite: Popcorn Hour
Our two-hour popcorn session on Tuesday was an unexpected hit. Lines formed quickly, conversations started easily, and the booth became a gathering spot for integrators, partners, and end users. It was a small detail that made a big difference, creating space for real discussions about AI, integrations, and how EyeOTmonitor and DEFENDER are changing the way the industry thinks about monitoring and uptime.
What’s Next
GSX gave us incredible momentum heading into the rest of the year. If you missed the booth or the popcorn, join us for our October 22nd webinar, where we will walk through all the new features and integrations in detail.
