As EyeOTmonitor continues to grow, one thing hasn’t changed: we’re focused on building something that actually works in the real world.
Not just in demos.
Not just on a roadmap.
But in the environments where systems are deployed, maintained, and relied on every day.
That’s why we’re excited to welcome Fabian Escalante to the EyeOTmonitor Advisory Board.
A Perspective You Don’t See Often
What makes Fabian different is simple.
He’s seen the industry from every angle.
Over a 40+ year career in IT and physical security, Fabian has worked as:
An end user leading technology for one of the largest Sheriff’s Departments in the United States
A manufacturer-side leader driving mass notification and SaaS solutions
A senior business development leader at a global security integrator
That kind of experience is rare.
Most people see one side of the equation. Fabian has been in all of them.
He’s been in the room making decisions.
He’s helped design and deploy systems.
He’s sold solutions—and supported them when things didn’t go as planned.
Why This Matters for EyeOTmonitor
At EyeOTmonitor, we’re focused on a specific problem:
Helping integrators and end users move from reactive troubleshooting to real operational visibility.
Because the reality is:
Cameras don’t fail all at once
Networks don’t break in obvious ways
Systems degrade quietly over time
And most teams don’t know there’s a problem until it’s too late.
That’s the gap we’re closing.
But doing that well requires more than technology. It requires understanding how systems are actually deployed, maintained, and used in the field.
That’s where Fabian comes in.
Keeping Us Grounded in What Actually Matters
As we expand the platform - from AI-powered image health (ImageAssure) to automated discovery and topology mapping - there’s always a risk of building features that look good but don’t solve real problems.
Fabian helps keep us grounded.
His experience ensures we stay focused on:
What integrators actually need to deliver better service
What end users rely on to keep systems operational
Where things tend to break in real deployments
And how to design for reality, not theory
Because at the end of the day, visibility only matters if it’s actionable.
Building What’s Next
This is an important moment for EyeOTmonitor.
The industry is shifting. Systems are more distributed. Expectations are higher. And the cost of downtime—or unusable video—is only increasing.
We’re building toward a future where teams have full visibility across:
Cameras
Networks
Servers
VMS environments
In real time.
Fabian’s perspective will play a key role in shaping that future.
Welcome to the Team
We’re excited to have Fabian on board and looking forward to what we build together.
Because the goal isn’t just to monitor systems.
It’s to help teams trust that everything is working - before they need it most.
