We didn’t build ImageAssure to win an award.

We built it because of a conversation that kept coming up over and over again. Not in boardrooms. Not in product meetings. In the field.

It usually sounds something like this:

“We pulled the footage… but it wasn’t usable.”

Not because the system was down.
Not because the camera was offline.
Not because anything obvious was broken.

Everything looked fine. Until it mattered.

This week at ISC West 2026, ImageAssure from EyeOTmonitor was recognized in the New Product Showcase by the Security Industry Association.

That’s meaningful, but not for the usual reasons. It’s not about validation of a feature. It’s validation of a shift. A shift from monitoring systems… to verifying outcomes.

That’s a very different mindset.

That led us down a different path. Instead of treating every camera the same, we made evaluation contextual.

With Special Instructions, each camera is judged based on what actually matters in that scene. With Reference Images, we anchor evaluation to a known good state instead of a generic threshold.
